Antonio Stephens - Founder of Sip & Chat

Antonio is a storyteller, marketer, and community builder whose work sits at the intersection of culture, wellness, and creative expression. Over the past decade, he has led global brand and culture initiatives, produced narrative-driven campaigns, and designed spaces for reflection and connection for organizations including GSK, Haleon, Owens Corning, and Levi Strauss & Co.

Beyond corporate work, Antonio created, produced and hosted Life Chats with Friends, an award-winning podcast exploring identity, personal growth, and community, and has contributed to documentary projects that amplify underrepresented voices. Across mediums, his work reflects a belief that storytelling can foster empathy, healing, and meaningful change.

Now based in Los Angeles, Antonio founded Sip & Chat in 2025 as a response to growing disconnection—creating intentional spaces for reflection, care, and real human connection within communities navigating change.
