Through a body scan, breath work, and gentle somatic movement, Bucky will help guide you into deeper presence—inviting calm, clarity, and connection.

Refresh: 12:55 – 1:05 p.m.

In this intimate, heart-centered conversation, Antonio and our keynote will explore what it means to navigate change with care. They’ll speak to healing, identity, and uncertainty—and how we carry hope even when we don’t know what comes next.

You’ll also be invited into the conversation through a live Q&A.
