In Full Bloom invites you to a private estate in the Santa Monica Mountains for a day of retreat, revelation, and renewal. From guided intention-setting and embodied practices to a special musical guest, keynote conversation, and closing ritual, every moment is designed to ground, connect, and open you to the next version of yourself that’s quietly blooming.

Meet the Team

11:00 – 12:00 p.m. | Guest Arrival + Immersion Window 

Begin your journey with a shuttle service to our private estate. Check in, receive your curated welcome kit, and move gently into the day. Pause at the intention setting station and reflect before you ease into the experience.  

Explore our lounge zone with soft seating while a live DJ sets the atmosphere. Savor sips from the Earth-to-Cup station on the land, enjoy curated bites, and if you feel called, refresh with a swim in the filtered pond (swim at your own risk). 

Please note: The food station for the day will also be in-full bloom and every hour the offerings on the table will evolve.

12:00 – 12:20 p.m. | Welcome & Opening Ceremony 

We’ll gather in the “Great Hall” to ground and initiate the bloom. Antonio will open the day and set our collective intention. Breath-work and visualization guided by Gwennie Speaks will help you release and arrive fully. Together, we’ll anchor the affirmation: “I am rooted. I am becoming.” 

12:20 – 1:50 p.m. | Embodiment Breakout Sessions — “Tend to What’s Blooming” 

Let your body or intuition guide you. Choose the experience that calls you most, or rotate and explore:  

  • The Unraveler — Sound Bath with Desiree Vazquez 
    Calm the nervous system and create space for renewal through immersive sound and vibration. 

  • The Rooted One — Tai Chi & Qigong with Skee Goedhart 
    Move with intention and flow, restoring balance and grounded strength through breath and gentle motion. 

  • The Harmonizer — 1:1 Sonic Recalibration with Nicolas Sotomayor 
    A personal 10-minute sound healing session to release stagnant energy and realign your inner resonance. 

  • Lounge zone remains open for journaling or stillness.  

  • Pond remains open for swimming.

Please note: The sound bath and Thai Chi sessions run in two 45 minute rounds: 12:20–1:05 and 1:05–1:50 p.m. The 1:1 sonic recalibrations are first come, first serve with sign-ups onsite during arrival.

1:50 – 2:00 p.m. | Transition & Light Nourishment 

Pause to refuel with seasonal bites and refreshing sips as we prepare to gather back in community in the “Great Hall.”  

2:00 – 2:45 p.m. | Keynote Conversation with Isis King 

Model, actress, and advocate Isis King shares her journey of resilience, self-discovery, and becoming. Her story invites us to reflect on identity, belonging, and the courage to become who we are meant to be. An open Q&A follows to deepen connection and conversation. 

2:45 – 3:45 p.m. | Community Time - SIP & CHAT

Choose what you need most in this open, restorative space. Join a peer support conversation guided by Maraisa Glass from the National Association for Mental Health, walk the land, connect with others over sips, or return to the pond for a refreshing pause. 

3:45 – 4:00 p.m. | Sound Integration & Collective Closing 

We return to the “Great Hall” to integrate the day’s experiences. A quiet altar ritual invites you to offer gratitude and release. Together we speak our final affirmation: “We arrived in pieces. We bloom in wholeness. Go forward in your becoming.”
